WHICH OPTIONS DO I CHOOSE?
Step 1: Choose your microdose compound.
The first question to ask is what are your desired outcomes with the microdosing? While there is no hard answer as to which one will be best for that intention, generally the Magic Mushroom options (including the analogue version, 4AcO DMT) tend to have a more emotional impact, which is great fo working with depressive states, anxiety, and to work yourself off of other anti-depressants etc. LSD, however, including its analogue (1PLSD) tend to be more cognitive in nature, helping with creative flow state, ability to think more clearly, etc.
Once you feel that you know which side of that coin you want to begin with, choose wether you want to work with the natural substance, of the analogue. The advantage of the analogue version is that it has no legal dark side, however it also does not have the full gamut of natural chemicals found in, say Magic Mushrooms.

2. Chose your dosage.
With the liquid LSD microdose, it is a simple choice as it is dosed in spray form, meaning you can start low and increase the dose until you find the correct strength without ordering anything further. With the other options, (Magic Mushroom etc) we recommend starting low, with the 100 milligram option, and if you don’t feel it is strong enough, then double the dosage. If that is too high or you feel too much effects from the dosage, you can then order the 150 milligram dosage
3. Place your order.
One you make the decision, order the microdose from the online store here, and with a few days you should receive the package in the mail. (The order is done in a secure way, and your information is never shared in any way).
4. Start the dose on a day you have time off.
Again, when you try microdosing for the first time, take it on a day when you are not under a lot of stress of time constraints. Nearly everyone reports being in a more capable state for caring for daily activities, but for the first time, be safe not sorry, and take it on a day when you can observe the effect, rather than rushing through a busy work day etc. Don’t change anything about your diet or schedule when you do microdose, so that you can observe the changes without any other factors affecting the outcomes.
5. Set your dosage schedule.
Each person is unique, but generally, we find dosing every other day, or, for work productivity increase, dose on work days, and take weekends off. Reason for this is simply to allow you body to return to baseline. If you dose every day for an extended period, you may build up tolerance to the medicine.
6. Observe, journal, or at least make mental notes of how the microdose is affecting your day
Being able to look back at your journal and see the changes it has made can help you decide to continue, or if this is something that is really helping your desired outcomes.
